Initially, the Zyxel gave me heaps of trouble, resetting itself when large files were transmitted over the WLAN. A firmware upgrade took care of that problem. Deducting one point for lack of quality control in the shop version.
No compatibility issues detected with Macs, using various network encryption methods. The web-based admin interface is not brilliant, but works in Safari without issues.
"Yes, we have no bananas..." The WLAN is not reliable with Apple computers using WPA or WPA2 (WEP is not an option, it's crackable in minutes). The connection would drop every time a WPA2 rekeying happened, and frequently when another device appeared on the network the Macs would drop off with a "security may have been compromised" message. No amount of firmware updates could fix the problem and since the maximum rekeying interval is 9999 seconds I went and bought an Airport Express. The AE has been rock solid and is faster than the Zyxel too!
